3. Non-Returnable and Restricted Items

Because some accessories are hygiene-sensitive, installation-sensitive, or highly model-specific, the following rules apply:

Phone Cases

·        Phone cases are returnable only if unused, undamaged, and in original packaging.

·        Returns will not be accepted for phone cases that show signs of wear, use, installation damage, or model misuse.

Screen Protectors

·        Screen protectors are considered installation-sensitive consumable items.

·        Once the product seal is opened, or installation is attempted, the item is no longer eligible for refund unless it arrived damaged or defective.

Incorrect Model Selection

·        Customers are responsible for selecting the correct phone model before purchase.

·        Orders placed with the wrong device model selected are not eligible for refund on compatibility grounds.

4. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact SmartX6 within 48 hours of delivery. We may request clear photo or video evidence to verify the issue. Once verified, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund at our discretion.

5. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is confirmed to be defective, damaged on arrival, or incorrectly fulfilled by SmartX6.

6. Refund Processing

Once a returned item is received and inspected, approved refunds are typically processed within 5 to 7 business days to the original payment method. Processing time by banks or card issuers may vary.

7. Order Cancellations

Orders may only be canceled within 12 hours of purchase, provided they have not already entered fulfillment or shipping processing.
