SmartX6 is committed to processing and shipping orders as efficiently as possible while maintaining clear delivery expectations. This Shipping Policy explains how orders are processed, shipped, tracked, and supported.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1 to 3 business days after payment is successfully received. Orders are not usually processed on weekends or public holidays. During peak periods, launches, or high-volume promotions, processing may take longer.

2. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times after dispatch are as follows:

·        United States: 5 to 10 business days

·        Canada, United Kingdom, and Europe: 6 to 12 business days

·        Other international destinations: 7 to 15 business days

These are estimated timelines, not guaranteed delivery dates. Delivery timing can be affected by carrier delays, customs clearance, weather, public holidays, and high-demand periods.

3. Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided for shipped orders whenever available. Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details.

4. Shipping Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout. SmartX6 is not responsible for failed delivery, delay, or loss resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address submitted by the customer.

5. Shipping Delays

If a shipment is delayed beyond the estimated timeframe, please contact us and we will investigate with the relevant carrier or fulfillment partner. Shipping delays alone do not automatically qualify an order for cancellation or refund if the order is still in transit.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Marked-Delivered Orders

If a shipment appears lost in transit, please contact us promptly so we can review the tracking information and assist you. If a package is marked as delivered by the carrier but cannot be located, customers should first check the delivery location, household members, neighbors, and local carrier office. SmartX6 may assist with carrier investigation, but carrier delivery scans may be used as evidence in delivery disputes.

7. Customs, Duties, and International Orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or local fees depending on the destination country. These charges, where applicable, are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.
